Simple solution
Australia and the USA hold the key and devasting forest fires in both countries are spelling it out.
The fundamental principle that rain arises from evaporation of the ocean applies so much so that in the Queensland floods of 2010, ocean levels globally fell 7mm – until of course all that flood water was allowed to return to the ocean. Therein lies the solution to normalising sea levels.
The catastrophic destruction of vast areas of indigenous and commercial forest in these countries requires a vast sprinkling system which vast holding tanks or reservoirs in times of plenty (rain that is) could provide.
It could kill two birds with one stone, as they say, protection of forests and keep sea levels in check.
It is that simple.
