The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s May 12 release date is almost here! A direct sequel to Breath of the Wild, the new Legend of Zelda title is shaping up to be one of the biggest games of 2023. Featuring a selection of new weapons, abilities and monsters, the Nintendo Switch exclusive once again takes place in the expansive world of Hyrule, only this time Link will be able to visit the skies above. If you’re looking to pick up a copy of the Breath of the Wild sequel at launch, then you can save £15 by signing up for a TopCashBack account.

TopCashback is currently offering new members the chance to get £15 back when shopping at video game retailers such as Argos, Very, Currys and GAME.

Exclusive to new members only, you can take advantage of the discount by clicking the link above and signing up for a free TopCashback account.

After making an account and visiting one of the aforementioned websites via TopCashback, your account will be credited with £15 when making a purchase.

Essentially, this means you can grab a copy of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom for £44.99 from GAME, instead of the £59.99 recommended retail price (prices are correct at the time of writing).

I’ve taken advantage of new member savings with TopCashback in the past, and while it can sometimes take a couple of months for the money to appear in your account, the site does eventually pay out.

Indeed, if you spend a lot of money online, signing up for a TopCashback account is a no-brainer. You can earn hundreds of pounds over the course of a year, simply by going through TopCashback before making a purchase.

During the most recent Nintendo Direct conference, Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma showcased some of the game’s new locations, as well as a few of Link’s newest abilities.

The new game will feature a selection of floating islands, which can be found in the skies above Hyrule.

Link can travel to the floating islands by using his new rewind function on rocks that have fallen to the ground.

Another neat new feature is the ability to fuse items together to make new weapons. For example, Link can construct a makeshift hammer by combining a stick with a rock. Likewise, you can create a cloud of smoke by adding a puffshroom to your shield.

Link can even create his very own speedboats and aircraft using his new abilities.
