The city of Lille has determined to take over the tube “Let me dance” by Dalida and the video is a hit on social networks.

” Llet me sell off! “. On a well-known tune by Dalida, the city of Lille has printed a parody video to advertise the annual sale which takes place this weekend.

The clip reveals a Dalida look-alike wandering the streets of Lille. The look-alike sings the tune of the track “Let me dance” by repeating the phrases in his personal means. “Me, I sell pumps and second-hand clothes, lamps, frames, chairs and underpants, I’m waiting for you from Lille and tourists, chic ladies and brave guys, bradeux and Brad Pitt”, he sings.

Then place the refrain: “Let me sell off, let me, let me sell off, Boulevard de la Liberté every year. Let me sell off, let me go until the end of the night! »

“Surprised by such enthusiasm”

If the opinions had been divided however amused, the communication coup was in any case profitable. The video has already collected greater than 1.2 million views on all platforms the place it has been broadcast since August 18.
