China’s head of state and occasion chief Xi Jinping will not travel to India for the G20 summit. Prime Minister Li Qiang will lead the Chinese delegation, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning stated in Beijing on Monday. The heads of state and authorities of the G20 nations will meet in New Delhi subsequent weekend.
