Florida man allegedly shoots and kills neighbour trimming trees on property line | EUROtoday

An aged Florida man has been arrested for allegedly capturing his neighbour lifeless whereas the sufferer was doing yardwork alongside the fence line with the suspect.

Edward Druzolowski, 78, has been charged with second-degree homicide in reference to the deadly capturing of his 42-year-old neighbour Brian Ford, the Volusia Sheriff’s Office mentioned in a press release.

After receiving reviews of a capturing shortly after 7pm on Sunday, authorities responded to a house within the DeLeon Springs neighbourhood, which is situated about 45 miles from Orlando.

Witnesses informed deputies that Ford was trimming bushes over his property line when Mr Druzolowski got here exterior and allegedly opened hearth. Officers on the scene carried out CPR on Ford however he was pronounced deceased on the scene.

The sheriff’s workplace mentioned that the confrontation unfolded when Mr Druzolowski demanded to know why Ford was on his property.

Mr Druzolowski reportedly informed detectives that he threatened to shoot Ford and proceeded to behave on his threats when “Ford didn’t leave.”
