Police are “concerned” for 4 youngsters who went lacking whereas on a Snowdonia tenting journey.
Jevon Hirst, Harvey Owen, Wilf Henderson and Hugo Morris are thought to have been within the Harlech and Porthmadog areas of Gwynedd, north Wales.
They had been final seen in a silver Ford Fiesta, police stated.
A coastguard helicopter was looking out the Glaslyn Nature Reserve at 04.30am on Tuesday however has since returned to base.
Chris Lloyd, chairman of the Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Team, stated groups had spent Monday looking out automobile parks for his or her automobile.
Mr Lloyd stated: “We were called out by North Wales Police early yesterday afternoon.
“Our first job was to look for any indication they were on the mountain.
“We deployed two or three teams to drive around all the carparks. We cannot find the car. We are still actively looking for it and are continuing to search. We don’t have specific area where to search.”
