Two asylum seekers dwelling within the Bibby Stockholm barge have been arrested in reference to a seaside city “sex attack”.

Aged 24 and 27, the pair have been arrested after the incident in Weymouth’s Kika Beach Bar, some 4 miles from the place the boat is moored in Portland. It got here after police acquired a report from a girl on the bar within the early hours of Sunday, December 10.

He added: “Officers attended and two men, aged 24 and 27, from Portland were arrested on suspicion of sexual assault. They have been released on police bail while enquiries continue. An investigation is underway by detectives and we are continuing to support the victim as our enquiries continue.”
