President Joe Biden mentioned that there’s “no question” former president Donald Trump supported an riot after Colorado’s supreme courtroom dominated that Mr Trump is ineligible for the presidency.

Mr Biden spoke to reporters in Milwaukee after they requested whether or not Mr Trump is an insurrectionist.

“It’s self-evident,” he informed reporters. “You saw it all. Now whether the 14th Amendment applies, I’ll let the court make that decision. But he certainly supported an insurrection. There’s no question about it. None. Zero.”

On Tuesday night, the Colorado Supreme Court dominated that Mr Trump is disqualified from the presidency and needs to be faraway from the poll due to his function partaking within the January 6 riot on the US Capitol. Specifically, the courtroom challenged his eligibility below the riot clause of the 14th modification of the US Constitution.
