The two managers, Fabrice Zanella and Anthony Hoffstetter, obtained the IV license permitting them to promote alcoholic drinks. And to do it in addition to potential, the duo went by way of three months of labor. The solely restrict: no cocktails. “We are not bartenders,” emphasizes Fabrice Zanella to France Bleu Grand Est.
The salon guarantees, on its Instagram account, “a space where time is able to stop. A place of calm where everything has been thought of for you.” As in a basic bar menu, “we created a menu (…) with a category of alcohols and soft drinks,” explains the co-manager.
Delighted clients
The first suggestions is rave on social networks. “What’s better than waiting with a glass of champagne while the magic happens? », asks, delighted, a customer. The managers push the concept even further: “From the entrance to the back of the living room, we have a style for each room, a bedroom style with shampoo basins that imitate business class, and even a small garden. We really wanted to improve the customer experience.”
