Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke, baker Paul Hollywood and Glastonbury founder Michael Eavis are among the many stars of the leisure trade to be recognised within the new 12 months honours listing.

Also among the many musicians, authors and filmmakers to be honoured are Jilly Cooper, Kate Mosse and Shirley Bassey.
