The Potsdam Barberini Museum can plan two new acquisitions for its exhibitions sooner or later. At the top of 2023, the Hasso Plattner Foundation obtained the portray “The Mill of Limetz” (1888) by Claude Monet and Camille Pissarro’s “The Louvre, Morning, Spring” (1902), the museum introduced on Tuesday.

Both works are scheduled to be offered on the Barberini Museum on Monday (January twenty second). The Monet is the artist’s thirty ninth work within the assortment. The Pissarro work is the seventh work.

The Barberini Museum is thus ringing within the one hundred and fiftieth anniversary 12 months of Impressionism. The first Impressionism exhibition came about within the spring of 1874 and based the motion.
