Members on the transfer in view of the renewal of Tim’s board of administrators. Asati, the affiliation of small shareholders of Telecom Italia, is attempting once more to ask for its personal consultant on the board of administrators.

The candidacy for the board of administrators

The request is contained within the letter, in regards to the candidacy of the president of Asati Franco Lombardi, addressed to the president of the Appointments Committee, Paola Bonomo. In the letter Lombardi remembers “the request, made several times by Asati, for a representative of small shareholders on Tim’s board of directors, as is consolidated practice for other large listed companies”.

«To date – Lombardi writes – this has not occurred, however I hope it can occur quickly to permit small shareholders to offer their contribution to the board of administrators».

The letter was despatched for data to Tim’s president, CEO and advisors.
