The Belgian farmers' protest is creating issues in accessing the heads of state and authorities anticipated for the European Council
A thousand tractors are blocking a number of streets in Brussels, notably close to the European Quarter, the place EU leaders are anticipated for the extraordinary European Council.
The farmers, who arrived from throughout Europe to protest towards the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and the Green Deal, blocked Place de Luxembourg, in entrance of the European Parliament, and began some fires with wooden and tyres. There are many explosions of firecrackers.
