IIt could be a big case of tax fraud. The headquarters of a number of corporations of the worldwide milk big Lactalis have been searched this Tuesday, February 6, as a part of an investigation by the National Financial Prosecutor's Office (PNF), stories Le Monde. The process was opened for aggravated tax fraud and laundering of aggravated tax fraud.
According to a judicial supply, the corporate would have evaded “several hundred million euros” in taxes over the interval 2009-2020. “The arrangements are of a high level, very ingenious and very sophisticated,” feedback one other supply to our colleagues in Le Monde. Searches “planned for a long time”

When requested, Lactalis administration indicated that the searches “took place peacefully”. “Planned for a long time, these searches are unrelated to the current social context,” a judicial supply advised AFP.
