Police are frantically looking for a lacking boy, aged two, who fell into the River Soar in Leicester yesterday afternoon (February 18). Leicestershire Police say the boy was together with his household when he fell into the river, and has but to be discovered.

Emergency providers had been known as to the scene in Aylestone Meadows, close to Marsden Lane in Leicester, simply after 5pm on Sunday. ‘Additional specialist groups’ have been known as in to help within the search.

A spokesperson for the power mentioned: “Our ideas are with them at this extraordinarily tough time. We have had various gives of assist to help with the search and would kindly ask that folks don’t attend the scene on account of rising water ranges and security dangers.
