Donald Trump on Thursday requested a federal court docket to drop legal expenses towards him which allege he unlawfully stored delicate nationwide safety paperwork after his presidency ended.

Mr Trump, asserting that the authorized motion towards him was flawed, entered a plea of not responsible, court docket filings present.

He faces a 40-count indictment in a federal court docket, charged with the unlawful possession of categorized paperwork at his Florida property post-2021 and impeding efforts by the US authorities to reclaim them.
