Several photographic companies, together with Reuters and Associated Press, withdrew from circulation the photograph of Princess Kate launched this morning for concern that it had been “manipulated”. Sky News studies it, recalling that the one printed by Kensington Palace is the primary official picture of the Princess of Wales after belly surgical procedure in January. “Upon closer inspection,” Ap writes, “it appears that the source manipulated the image in a way that does not meet Ap’s photographic standards.”
