Russia lowered flags to half-mast on Sunday (March 24) for a day of mourning after scores of individuals have been gunned down with automated weapons at a rock live performance exterior Moscow within the deadliest assault inside Russia for 20 years. President Vladimir Putin declared a nationwide day of mourning after pledging to trace down and punish all these behind the assault, through which not less than 133 folks have been killed and greater than 150 injured.
