Launched by RFI and France 24 and its companions CFAO Infrastructure, Digital Africa, IRD, Ayoba, Viva Technology, the Club Abidjan Ville Durable, AFD, Digital Energy Facility (funded by the European Union and carried out by AFD ), Ademe and Ecobank.
