Shortly after its founding, the Sahra Wagenknecht alliance was already at 5 p.c in nationwide surveys. However, Chancellor Olaf Scholz guidelines out cooperation between the SPD and BSW.
Chancellor Olaf Scholz can not think about authorities cooperation between his SPD and the Alliance Sahra Wagenknecht (BSW). “There is absolutely nothing to be said for that,” Scholz informed the “Märkische Allgemeine Zeitung” within the editorial community Germany (RND). “The BSW has no suggestions for a better future in the countries and no plan for where Germany should head. That's why, in my opinion, such mental games are out of the question.”
Asked particularly whether or not he thought state governments with the participation of the BSW and SPD have been conceivable after the elections in a number of jap German federal states in September, Scholz stated: “No, that is beyond my imagination.”
The former left-wing politician Sahra Wagenknecht and her colleagues based the BSW social gathering in January. The BSW needs to run within the European elections in June in addition to within the state elections in Thuringia, Saxony and Brandenburg. In nationwide polls the social gathering is at 5 p.c and even barely above.
