European summer season begins early Sunday (March 1) morning, when the continent’s clocks will skip ahead an hour. For one man in Germany, that is a monumental activity. Some 366 clocks cowl the partitions in the lounge of 76-year-old Werner Stechbarth’s house in Munich, the haul from a life spent criss-crossing the globe. The yearly transfer to sunlight saving time is a busy interval for the pensioner, who has to manually modify each one among his timepieces.
