Bodycam footage launched by Albuquerque Police Department reveals a dark-brown horse trotting by means of a car parking zone behind a person in black clothes on Wednesday, 20 March.
The suspect was detained outdoors a Walgreens after attempting to outrun a horse-mounted police officer.
The man is then surrounded when two extra law enforcement officials on horses arrive on the scene.
One of the officers dismounts from his horse and handcuffs the person, who has been charged with stealing $230 price of merchandise from Walgreens, in response to the Albuquerque Police Department.
