In the port metropolis of Kherson positioned in southeast Ukraine, 85 p.c of the inhabitants have left since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. Some of town’s residents, nevertheless, have chosen to remain behind as an act of resistance regardless of common shelling by Russian forces that are stationed throughout the Dnipro River.
