'Format B': the construction of the second debate

The second presidential debate shall be held underneath 'Format B' established by the INE, which relies on questions requested by residents, collected in public squares within the 32 States. The matters to be mentioned shall be associated to the economic system, employment and inflation; poverty and inequality; local weather change and sustainable growth.

Prior to the beginning of the controversy, the moderators will choose eight folks from the viewers to ask questions on to the candidates. The order of participation of the candidates shall be decided by drawing heaps.
