An enormous hearth is tearing by way of a bus station in Blackburn. A thick plume of black smoke might be seen rising from the scene for miles round as firefighters deal with the blaze.

The city centre has been closed off whereas crews battle the flames, with residents urged to remain away.

Dramatic footage present firefighters in attendance as vibrant orange flames burst from what seems to be a bus. The black cloud of smoke continues to rise from the burning automobile as surrounding companies have been pressured to shut.

Blackburn Police stated: “Officers are on scene at Blackburn Bus Station assisting our colleagues from the Fire service with an incident. Railway Road leading to the station and surrounding streets have been closed. Please plan your route accordingly to avoid the area.”
