As Europe as we speak celebrates Europe Day, 4.8 million German voters want to solid their ballots for the primary time in European elections in a month’s time. So a lot of them because the voting age has been lowered there to 16. Report by Nick Holdsworth, Anne Mailliet and Marie Pannetrat.
