Russian forces have captured 5 villages as a part of a renewed floor assault in Ukraine’s northeast, the nation’s Defence Ministry mentioned Saturday. Ukrainian journalists reported Friday that Russian troops took the villages of Borysivka, Ohirtseve, Pylna and Strilecha, all of which lie in a militarily contested “grey zone” on the border of Ukraine’s Kharkiv area and Russia. Meanwhile practically two thousand individuals have been evacuated from the focused areas, FRANCE 24’s Gulliver Cragg mentioned, reporting from Kyiv.
