Asda reveals plans for large retailer and 1,500 properties for Park Royal | EUROtoday

Asda has revealed plans to create a “town centre” in north-west London, together with 1,500 properties.

The proposals, which haven’t but been submitted for planning permission, embody an enormous flagship superstore on its 10-acre Park Royal web site, close to Acton, changing the present retailer.

The firm stated about 500 of these properties could be supplied as reasonably priced.

Asda stated many flats within the improvement would “utilise a landscaped podium” over the superstore.
