The deaths of two of Iran’s high officers introduced shock and celebrations from inside Iran and among the many nation’s diaspora. Iran’s president, Ebrahim Raisi, and the international minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, had been killed together with different officers and crew members when their helicopter crashed touring from Iran’s border with Azerbaijan. It crashed in thick fog, and search groups struggled to search out the crash website for hours due to the climate.

In Iran, officers declared 5 days of mourning, with many Iranians gathering to grieve Raisi’s demise. But throughout social media and at protests in Tehran on Monday, individuals danced in celebration.
