The Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington DC was positioned on lockdown after a suspicious substance, which seemed to be vials of blood, was reportedly discovered.
After a hazmat crew entered the constructing, the all-clear was given at about 9.40am, in accordance with the New York Post.
The headquarters are immediately throughout the road from US House workplace buildings. No accidents had been reported.
Multiple vials of blood had been despatched to the headquarters, in accordance with NBC News.
