TARQUMIYAH, West Bank — Radical Israeli settlers have expanded their assaults on support vans passing by the West Bank this month, blocking meals from reaching Gaza as humanitarian teams warn that the enclave is sinking deeper into famine.

Groups of settler youth are tailing aid convoys, organising checkpoints and interrogating drivers. In some circumstances, far-right attackers have ransacked and burned vans and crushed Palestinian drivers, leaving a minimum of two hospitalized.
