Despite the lethal strike that killed and wounded dozens of individuals in Kharkiv Saturday, Russia seems to not have any plans to occupy the town, FRANCE 24’s Gulliver Cragg mentioned, citing President Putin. “If you take a look at the forces that Russia has amassed within the north, and, to some extent, within the east of Kharkiv area, they’re probably not sufficient to mount an assault on the town,” Cragg added.
