” HAS Your kind heart, and to your wallets, please…” In a funny and touching message, Lio launches an appeal for donations to complete his next album. “I started the models, but I don’t have the money to continue and make this record which has been traveling with me since 2020,” she explains on Instagram.
“A new record like I want to make, only with girls I like and a few guys too, but by my hand. Not by selling rights to majors or labels who, anyway, don’t want me anymore because I’m a 60-year-old pop singer…”
And it really works: in three days, Lio has already raised greater than 60% of the quantity she wants on the KissKiss crowdfunding platform. Fans solely have one month to pre-order the CD, take part in a raffle to win a night or an aperitif with the singer, purchase a bonus t-shirt along with her picture, or donate no matter they need to assist the challenge…
On the location, Lio explains that she determined to name on different artists to compose or write, like Hoshi, Betta Lemme and even Isia Marie, “a new generation of girls who [lui] made me want to come back,” she explains. The disc is scheduled for launch in March 2025.
