The president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has introduced that the 11 autonomous communities chaired by the PP will register an enchantment of unconstitutionality towards the amnesty regulation, which might be definitively authorised this Thursday within the Congress of Deputies.
