Three adults and a toddler have suffered critical accidents following a capturing close to to a restaurant in Hackney, London.

A serious police operation was launched following an incident on Kingsland High Street, Dalston simply after 9.20pm on Wednesday.

The Metropolitan Police confirmed all 4 had suffered “gunshot injuries” and had been rushed to an east London hospital.

Officers haven’t but arrested anybody in reference to the assault.

Deputy assistant commissioner Matt Ward mentioned: “We know Londoners will be shocked by what has taken place tonight.”

“Our thoughts go to all those affected.

“Fast-moving enquiries are underway and we are going to replace as quickly as we are able to.

“If anyone has any information, please contact us.”

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson mentioned three adults and the kid had been handled on the scene – earlier than being taken to a significant trauma centre.

The investigation is ongoing.
