A bunch of collectors have accused Rudy Giuliani of “gross mismanagement” and known as on a choose to nominate a trustee to supervise the previous New York Mayor’s funds as a part of his ongoing chapter case.

The Independent has contacted Mr Giuliani’s lawyer within the case for remark.
