30 tonnes of ham scattered throughout highway after lorry overturns in tunnel | News | EUROtoday

Hams had been left scattered throughout a highway in Madrid, Spain, after a lorry overturned in a tunnel.

The incident occurred on Sunday 2 June, when the automobile hit the aspect of the tunnel entrance, inflicting the 30-tonne load to be spilt on the ground.

According to the emergency companies in Madrid, the tunnel was closed in a single day whereas the hams had been collected.

The driver was unharmed by the crash.

Footage of the overturned truck and the hams scattered throughout the highway had been shared on-line by Madrid’s Security and Emergency Agency.
