“To be fair to staff they are doing a great job trying to make sure people get flights on time but it needs fixing. Not like you wouldn’t expect passengers at an airport…”

Passenger Catherine West advised Birmingham Live she was “alarmed” after taking her place in big queue on the airport however mentioned she was nonetheless capable of make to the gate in “good time”.
