The man was arrested,” stated an announcement from his providers, including that the Prime Minister was “shocked by the incident”.

The assault by the Danish Prime Minister is “revolting”, stated the President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola, judging that “violence (had) no place in politics”.

Charles Michel, the President of the European Council, declared himself “outraged” and indicated that he “strongly condemned this cowardly aggression”, which occurred because the Danes have been making ready to take part within the European elections on Sunday.
