A foster father or mother in Pennsylvania is going through an accusation of sexually abusing youngsters, and police concern there could also be extra victims.

Frank Breneman, 71, of Lancaster County, was charged this week with rape of a kid, involuntary deviate sexual activity, sexual asault, statutory sexual assault and indecent assault of a kid.

Police say Breneman abused a minimum of two victims between the ages of 4 and 11, in response to ABC 6 Philadelphia. The incidents are alleged to have occurred between 2004 and 2016.
