South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R) didn’t seem cool with CNN’s Dana Bash asking about her canine killing story on Sunday after the host introduced up the anecdote from her e-book she launched earlier this yr.

Noem, who has doubled down on defending the killing within the wake of the backlash, stated the anecdote was within the e-book as a result of it was “difficult” for her.

“We’ve covered this,” Noem interjected.

“About actually shooting the dog,” Bash continued.
