Tcc Group Holdings, majority shareholder of Nhoa with 88%, intends to current a public takeover supply on Nhoa shares at worth of 1.10 euros per share. The goal of the operation, if the circumstances are met, it’s to train the acquisition of the remaining shares (squeeze-out) resulting in delisting and the corporate's exit from the inventory change.
