Often criticized for its lack of inside democracy, Jean-Luc Mélenchon's rebellious France faces new accusations of “purge” on Saturday, after having excluded crucial voices internally. The similar day, former President François Hollande made an surprising political return by indicating that he was operating as a candidate in his stronghold in Corrèze underneath the New Popular Front label.
