Five years since going lacking, a pet donkey has been noticed with a herd of untamed elk in California.

Diesel the donkey ran away throughout a hike in 2019 when one thing scared him. He took off working, his proprietor Terrie Drewry instructed KOVR, a CNN affiliate.

Both Drewry and her husband Dave looked for Diesel within the Cache Creek Wilderness, a rural space that spans 30,000 acres. Fennell took a video of the encounter and posted it to Instagram.

“I just spotted these elk and there’s a donkey with them,” Fennell could be heard saying within the clip. In the footage, the group cease, flip to have a look at the person, flip away and start trotting by the hills collectively.
