Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) took down Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-N.J.) on Thursday over how he mentioned former President Donald Trump’s categorised paperwork case in comparison with his speak of President Joe Biden’s dealing with of paperwork.

Van Drew, in remarks at a House Judiciary Committee listening to, argued that Trump was president when he introduced paperwork to his Mar-a-Lago property and claimed he had a “right to declassify” them.
