A scandal within the Bundesrat throughout the negotiation of a movement by nearly all of the states for a fast settlement on the Digital Pact 2.0 has proven that the connection between the federal authorities and the states has reached a low level. After speeches by a number of schooling ministers and the pinnacle of the Thuringian State Chancellery in addition to the mayor of Bremen, the Parliamentary State Secretary within the Federal Ministry of Education, Jens Brandenburg (FDP), struck again.
