In the guts of the Pic Saint Loup wine appellation, Domaine Uma hosts magical twilight dinners with a chef.
While the origins of Domaine Uma in Valflaunès, Languedoc, may be traced again 200 years to the historical past of Domaine de Chambon, after which Château de Valcyre within the following century, since 2021 the brand new proprietor, Emmanuel Clausel, has been working to carry the property again to life.
This summer season, Domaine Uma hosted a sequence of star-studded dinners with 5 famend cooks, invited as visitors in residence.
The Starry Dinners invite epicureans to share an Art of residing expertise, combining the easiest in gastronomy and oenology, within the distinctive setting of the Pic Saint Loup.
The subsequent chef to host the dinner beneath the celebs is Hugo Bourny on August 17, 2024.
Bourny is a chef at Lucas Carton in Paris and winner of a Michelin star. This 5-course, country-style dinner will shut the season of star-studded dinners. It will probably be accompanied by the best vintages from the Uma property, chosen by cellar grasp Turner.
