Georgiahigh college was placed on lockdown Wednesday following stories of an “active shooter.”
Helicopter video from native information channel WSB-TV confirmed dozens of legislation enforcement and emergency autos surrounding Apalachee High School in Barrow County, about 50 miles northeast of Atlanta.
Students is also seen within the footage gathering within the college’s soccer stadium.
It was not instantly clear what prompted the lockdown, although gunshots have been reported.

An “active shooter situation” has been reported at a Georgia highschool.
Authorities at the moment are responding to Apalachee High School in Barrow County, Georgia, which is in lockdown after gunshots have been reported. All faculties within the county are on lockdown because the scenario unfolds.
