A girl has shared the terrifying second she was attacked by a swarm of “angry wasps” as she loved a time out together with her mom and daughter at a park in Birmingham.

Posting on social media, the woman recalled how the nightmare unfolded because the trio entered Sutton Park, in Birmingham, on the morning of September 18.

BirminghamDwell stories the lady stated she obtained so many stings she needed to be taken to hospital, whereas her personal mum wanted an “epinephrine injection”, often known as adrenaline, used to deal with extreme allergic reactions.

Posting on Facebook the mum revealed: “Me and my mum wanted to say a huge thank you to the people who helped us in Sutton Park on Wednesday morning.

“We had been strolling alongside from the Jamboree Stone in the direction of Banners Gate, by means of the timber and grass on a path, and sadly one way or the other walked right into a path of offended wasps.

“Some kind runners, stopped to help and called an ambulance and some other walkers stopped and helped look after my little girl and go back towards where the wasps were to find my bag and phone that I lost trying to frantically get the wasps off my daughter and then me.

“They even acquired stung themselves, so I’m so extremely grateful in your assist and assist.”

She continued: “I ended up having to go to hospital for steroids and antihistamines and we counted 108 stings on me (not together with those on my head that we will not see correctly underneath my hair).

“And my mum is covered in stings too. I’m just so thankful these people called an ambulance and then got the ambulance to our location on foot to give my mum an epi injection.”
