Ln October 13, SpaceX managed to seize in flight the primary stage of the large Starship rocket, the most important on this planet, throughout its return to the Earth’s floor. A technological feat achieved a lot sooner than anticipated, and which opens the way in which to improvements for the constellations of the longer term, the return to the Moon and the conquest of Mars.

André Loesekrug-Pietri, president of the Joint European Disruptive Initiative (JEDI, precursor of a European disruptive innovation company), deciphers this historic second and its penalties for area Europe, hampered by paperwork, sharing guidelines and lack of audacity. A graduate of HEC and the Harvard Kennedy School, he taught the geopolitics of know-how at Sciences Po.
